helpful staff early check-in airport transportation
The staff offered an early check-in. A cab to the airport was called for me on my departure day. This service was so helpful to me.
The breakfast variety was quite limited. More options would have been appreciated.

The bedroom had a good layout with sufficient space for two people, and the bathroom was quite functional. A great shower was available. This made getting ready easy.

the staff was mostly lovely, that's something i guess.
I found that while there is a strong emphasis on style, the basic amenities left much to be desired. The room was quite small. the bathroom amenities were also lacking, only a single soap was provided for all needs, there was no toothpaste or toothbrush available. Imagine that, having to go downstairs to buy a toothbrush.

underwhelming stay, some issues
easy access victoria park awful noise slamming doors
the location was good for accessing victoria park on foot.
The noise in the mornings was awful. Room doors slammed constantly from 7 a.m. onwards. this felt more like a hostel.

amazing staff breakfast selection roomy bedroom
The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. Definitely try it! The bedroom was well laid out and roomy enough.
The room was a bit too warm. I tried to adjust the temperature without success.

The room included a kettle for tea. Coffee was also available. There was a decent hairdryer and a small fridge. Very convenient for personal items. The beds were comfortable!

excellent breakfast equipped gym
The breakfast was excellent. I looked forward to it each morning. the gym was clean and well-equipped too. i also appreciated the location being close to both bus and underground stops, it made getting around easy.
The air conditioning in my room seemed slightly underpowered. It struggled a bit on warmer days.

great hotel in Shoreditch
easy transport overground train bus service
the hotel is in east area. transport options are very easy. buses are available all day right outside. overground train station is a short walk. it takes you to liverpool street station.
the ac is bad. even at its lowest setting, the room gets very hot. it seemed like an oven.

the location is good as it is close to places to walk. broadway market is close. columbia road flower market is nearby. it is also close to the canals.
